SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped via UPS Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
All orders placed after 12:00 pm EST will be shipped the following business day.
Customers are responsible for tracking their package. Miller Harris is not liable for lost or misplaced packages that have confirmed delivery.
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
SHIPPING & HANDLING RATES
Free Ground Shipping for orders $150+
Ground Shipping (1-5 days) – $10 Flat Rate
Overnight (by 10.30am next day) – $35.00 (Order must be placed before 12 midday EST).
Hawaii Metro and Alaska Metro area Ground Shipping (7-11 days) - $40
PLEASE NOTE: For overnight delivery to ship the next business day, your order MUST be placed by 12:00pm EST.
CANADA - Standard Ground Shipping (4-8 days): $35
MEXICO - Standard Ground Shipping (4-8 days): $35
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
If your order is to be delivered to the UK or Europe please use our UK and EU websites.
For Shipping outside the US, UK or Europe please contact customerservices@millerharris.com for a quote.
RETURNS
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase but if you are not, we offer a full refund or exchange within 28 days of receipt as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. We regret that we cannot accept any product back if the cellophane wrap has been removed, as we are unable to sell this product to another customer.

We cannot refund or exchange sale items, unless damaged or faulty.
Upon delivery, if you notice that any of the products in your order are damaged or faulty, we will happily replace them.
Please return any items to the address listed below. Note, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us, and we cannot accept any responsibility of the order until it arrives in our warehouse. So we always recommend you return packages using an insured and traceable service. Please ensure you include a copy of the delivery note or invoice, clearly displaying your name, contact details and order number.
